Order Information

For inquiries about your order, please email us at orders@pongresearch.com. Be sure to include your receipt number, transaction number or email address used for the order.

 

Shipping Questions

Orders are shipped from our New Jersey warehouse within 1-2 business days from the day your order was placed. For domestic orders, we offer Ground (2-7 business days including processing), 2 day air (3 business days including processing) and Overnight air (2 business days including processing).
For international orders, we are happy to ship to most countries outside of the US. We ship via FedEx International Economy, which usually takes 3 – 12 business days including processing. If you have any additional questions regarding shipping, please email us at info@pongresearch.com.

 

Returns and Exchanges

We stand behind our Pong cases! At any time in the first 60 days after purchase, if your Pong case does not meet your expectations, you can return it for a replacement or refund. Currently, we are only able to refund the original purchaser. If it was a gift, we are happy to exchange the case for another case at the same price.

Please complete this Product Returns form or provide us the following information with your return to ensure a prompt refund or exchange:

6. Reason for return/exchange

Helpful hint: US Postal Service provides free Priority Mail boxes and should be able to print the address label.
Returns will be processed within 2-7 business days of receiving.

Damaged Cases

We stand behind our Pong cases! If at any time in the first 180 days, your case becomes defective or damaged, please let us know and we will replace the case free of charge!

If your case is damaged, there is no need to ship it back to us.
Simply email us at returns@pongresearch.com the following information:
1. A photo of the damaged case
2. How the damage occurred. Understanding how it was damaged, helps our product development team make a better product.
3.Your original order number or order email address.
4. The address you would like the new case shipped to, especially if it is different from the original shipping address
We will ship you out a new Pong case at no charge.

 

 

Warranty

Pong's replacement and return guarantees exclude (a) incidents of damage that may have resulted from misuseof, or abuse to, your Pong case and (b) products purchased from anyone besides Pong. If you bought your Pong case through Amazon.com, your replacement or return request must include a copy of your original invoice. If you purchased your Pong case from an authorized reseller or distributor, its policies-and not Pong's-will apply to any replacement, return, or other claims. Pong's guarantees and warranties do not apply to products bought through eBay or any other auction-style merchant, or from sources not expressly authorized by Pong. Pong disclaims all liability for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from its products-however obtained.
